Mclaren do have the wet setup, but FIA as we know is not going to let them race in wet as always, but there is still hope for McLaren since these cars are monsters this year in wet and Max has no chance to defend them.

Not sure I agree. If it goes dry to the end of the race, that is perfect for him. Especially with these safety cars.
