BoP, Is just laughable and continues to be. How anyone can defend this garbage system? I applaud your optimism and encouragements, but it will always be "artificial" racing no matter what

It's annoying that it's not easily visible on the FIA WEC website to track the car's "development" during the season.

Scroll back in the thread, I’ve shared at least 2-3 for this year, usually compared to previous iteration or last year race in the Lemans case.

Might be worth considering what participants may like about BoP. It does always provide a convenient excuse for not placing higher. Turns the sport into more of an exhibition; a publicity engine. Makes it a little lower stakes, lower intensity, perhaps good for long format events. It is endurance racing after all. No one is glued to the trackside or a screen for 6-24 hours waiting impatiently for a heckin' epic overtake.

I’ve given up on this now. In WEC there is just a total lack of competence to handle this right, so why even watch the final race.

And in IMSA they used the BOP for blatant race fixing mid way through the season to hand Acura and Cadillac some wins to manufacture a championship battle. As Porsche finally won anyway, expect them to have a parachute attached to the rear and run a 911 boxer engine from 1963 all through next season to see if Acura could potentially manage to win the championship. Then in 2027 perhaps Cadi wants a championship?

Well deserved sweep fo Ferrari who has been consistently competitive since the very first race in WEC.

Good bye Porsche, they will definitely be missed.
