Today, I finally had the chance to check the cars.
Even with the announcements, one team made a pretty big booboo, I would say:

-AeroStar Racing: 2.5, 9.1, 10.3 11.3, 12.1
-JJR Racing: 12.1, 13.4
-Pure Power Racing: 2.5
-Rusted GP: 9.1

I would say, a pretty clear penalty for the purple car!
Hi Andre,

Does that mean my car from the last race was also closely inspected under the new, stricter criteria regarding the floor geometry?

Sorry for asking again, but this is very important for me and the preparation for the last race.

Regards,
Krasen
You are asking about something that has always been a somewhat ignored grey zone of the rules. As you did not submit a car, your old one gets entered into this race. Now the question is, how do previous violations count?

This is a good and still open question.

But to be a bit more clear about your specific car. I checked your entry of race 3 now. And the floor is OK. However, this does not mean it will be clear the next time you enter it and I check it. I can always make mistakes and then find them later.
So if anyone passes scrutineering checks in one race it does not guarantee the car is 100% legal.

And as the floor rules were such a hot discussed topic. I did check many old cars. Most of them were OK. In fact, I only found one where I am a bit embarrassed to have missed something. So either I took a bad sample, or the issue was luckily not as bad as I feared.

I am Sorry, firstly. For so many errors, I definitely deserve a penalty.

It would be very helpful if you pointed out the infringement specifically for each rule I have broken.

Rule 2.5:- I have exactly the same file names as mentioned in rule 2.1 and a text file as mentioned in rule 2.4, no additional files. So what caused the infringement ?

Rule 9.1:- As per my observation, the body was in legality volumes. And I need to work on my observation. So please let me know where the bodywork is outside of the legal volume.

Rule 10.3:- I admit that I was trying to take advantage of grey zone here. But it's pretty clear to me that mainplane and the flaps must fully obscure the FW profile and that doesn't include the Endplate which I was trying to cover up. Please rectify me here if I am wrong.

Rule 11.3:- I have no clue what could have caused the infringement here. Please let me know

Rule 12.1:- Again, no clue what could have went wrong here

Andre Sir and the entire MVRC team, I sincerely apologise for having so many issues. I would like to know more specific details so I can rectify my car for the next round. Thank you for NOT kicking me out of the competition. Thank You for your patience.

Once you accept the penalty, there’s really no need to apologize. Entering a car in the MVRC isn’t easy, and even teams that have been competing for over ten years (like mine) still make mistakes.

I am sorry, I didn't check out the Rear Wing you made last year in Monza. I see that the Main element itself is pretty flat probably 0 AoA. And then the second element is at low AoA as well and the gap between the elements might reduce drag without compromising Downforce. That's why I find it interesting. I didn't see similar design on the entire grid. Plus both the elements are placed higher. So it seems very efficient. Again, I am a newbie and I might be wrong. But this is what I thought when I saw your rear wing design. I think you would be on Podium this time.

Wishing you the Best !

I see. Last year, for Monza I found that reducing Drag was even more important than efficiency, so I went for a very skinny rear wing. But the cars (especially mine) had much more downforce and drag than this year.

As I said, for this year I simply used last year's profiles and did not try anything else. So that may be why it looks smaller than other competitors. And ultimately that may be the wrong choice (as suggested by Matteo below...).

The rear wing is standard, but to have such a low-downforce wing (cl*A 0.6/0.7?) and still achieve good balance and good efficiency, I expect that the floor has been improved.

I tried a super low drag setup (cd*A 1.05 or less) but efficiency decreased significantly and the laptime was negatively affected.

I haven't tried anything on the floor so it is the same as race 02. But the new bodywork has improved rear downforce. I also reduced rake angle a little bit as it helped cooling for identical downforce and efficiency, which obviously moved balance towards the rear. These mean I didn't need to back-off my front wing as much as you might have thought to rebalance the Monza rear wing.

Thank you for your Motivating words. I understand that a few mistakes happen here and there but I have committed a lot of mistakes in one go. I will keep this in mind and try to make a better car for the next round. Thank You So Much !

As of now, my understanding of "Balance" is very less. But I do see the body work and especially the sidepod philosophy you have shown in all the rounds so far and the previous year cars. One of the key reasons you won the championship last year I assume. Also, as you mentioned, the front wing looks efficient. Good Cl/Cd I assume.

I have started to believe that floor efficiency is of utmost importance. And your floor looks really efficient along with JJR, CAEDevice and Pure Power Racing. I think you are going to be a strong contender for podium or pole. All the Best!
