Does the MCL39 have airspeed indicators built in anywhere? And is it shown on the steering?

Just thinking about how much the driver can factor in changes to downforce if windspeed over the FW is lower.

I saw that both Oscar and Lando are going to use some under suit vests:





They already tried the system on Jeddah, but not race it. There only Alex Albon used the system during the race.

Technical beauty isn't it. A very elegant aesthetic while being technically potent.

To describe, for those unaware .... from right of photo, top and bottom front of wishbone, spring / damper pull rod, next (and mostly obscured) the steering input from rack located inside monocoque to wheel upright, then at left of frame the top and bottom rear wishbone links.

Clear view here of PU location, especially the height in chassis. Many don't realise that the PU cylinder head is more or less at the level of wheel's spindle.

If you've seen one in part build, the PU looks exceptionally low and small in the grand scheme of things.

The steering rack must be screwed to the chassis from underneath, at least the access is from underneath.
