Lindblad did good. But there was so much track evolution it is hard to say anything at all.

I saw some traces and McLaren seemed more down on power; the car is good though

Early start for high fuel run so it seems they are happy.

Feels good. I'm sure they will fix the long run pace

Well the good thing is that Leclerc can beat Piastri again but RBR still have work to do if they want to win the race.

Seems all medium runners complained more than soft. Typically Pirelli 😂
Soft could be a very good tyre for sunday, so soft/medium possible even if the track improves even more.

The start is so important here. Mclarens will start on softs for sure.

Medium looked bad, as in the tyre grained or just didn’t have much grip. Pace on the soft was much better. Low 21s compared to high 22s on medium. Granted it was only like 3-4 laps on soft, but still looked planted.

Mclaren just showing everyone that the softs will probably be the best race tyre. Max had a medium stint with nearly no degradation, but this tyres just had worse grip. They could go S-M in the race, while not even touching the hards. Qualy -sim also looked strong.

I think it's fair to say, RBR needs to find some more pace in the long run, even though the deg is pretty good, I think the graining was going away just before Max pitted for the softs. LEC, RUS and NOR seem to be in a better place.

Not too worried though, there's pace in the car in qualy runs, I think we'll see improvements. Race is looking very likely to be a S-M.

The pace is consistent, it's just slow. :?

I've just checked the telemetry, and VER is LICOing the end of every straight, 3 times every lap. Losing a lot of performance here, and is just slower compared to Lando in the esses. Is this going to continue in the race? I hope not, might need a couple more cooling louvres.
