the hard actually looked okay yesterday. Toro Rosso and Haas did a hard/soft comparison with their drivers in FP2, and the average lap time was within a tenth or two.

edit: the gap at Haas was actually bigger than what I remembered, but all in all, it still looked like a decent tire to me. Especially taking into account that it's going to be hotter than in FP2

Shouldn't the soft be faster than the hard? It looks that way for Mclaren.

The Mediums and Softs looks to be the much better race tyres. So really this is another weekend where the step harder tyres won't work because everyone will just bolt on the used softs instead.
