If Red Bull dont ask the stewards why Charles went unpunished for turn one I would be suprised. Max gave his postion back, Charles did not. 3 points could be huge come the end of the season.
Charles did - he came back in the lead and slowed to let Lando through.
It could be argued that Lewis should have been let through too, but the stewards rarely get involved in battles within a team.

both gave one position back, Leclerc to Norris, Verstappen to Russell. But yeah, Leclerc probably should have dropped behind Hamilton as well.

But Verstappen benefitted from cutting the corner as well, I'd thinkl

This is more egregious than I initially realised from Charles. Completely just gained P2 off the track. Like what?

Hamilton gave him room. That should have been penalized.

Just give him 3 seconds penalty and thats it. All happy. :D

Max also maybe deserved a 5 second time penalty while fighing against Hamilton. But the result would be the same.

Red Bull can protest this or?

Did anyone notice that Hamilton nearly sliced open Lando's right rear tire in T3?

That is what I hate that these things are allowed. You can clearly see that Leclerc releases the brakes after he commits to going off track, he probably even uses the throttle. This is done commonly, you act like you tried to make the corner but instead you go off and speed away.

Usually it's beneficial. Without going off it's possible that Mercedes overtakes becaue Leclerc will struggle to make that hard corner with no room to increase the radius (like Lando had).

Doubt it, but it would be +10 seconds for leaving the track and gaining an advantage.

I think Piastri almost crashed into someone as well. All WDC contenders could have had a DNF.

That T1 in Mexico and Austin are always bringing chaos and excitement.

Worst stewarding after AD21. I'm wondering what's the point even watching this sport anymore?

I don't find it excititing at all tbh. Leclerc should have let Hamilton by right there. It's unfair. I can see how Hamilton felt when he did get a penalty, was a bit unfair after that T1. Ofcourse, he could have avoided that by slowing done after cutting the corner, but why would he if no one got a penalty after what happened in T1?

I realised right away that Leclerc should´ve been penalised for his cheeky off track. Max should have also been penalised for that divebomb. Like always, F1 stewards are useless.

On another note, Oscar should be very happy, he´s lucky not to be 19 points behind right now

Penalized Verstappen for what? He gave back the positions...
