There are some people who think that Red Bull sold the other teams a dummy when GP "accidentally" planted a message for the broadcast....

GP is a very experienced engineer and quite frankly such a "mistake" is a little bit too obvious.

Max looked quite happy after today. Now imagine a rainy win by him in Brasil and Mclaren being around P5 or P4, a Vegas win with Russel and Leclerc on the podium. The gap would go from 36 points to 10 points with 2 races to go. I might be dreaming, but just all is not lost. But we have to win it all, maybe it is "written in the stars". :D

Now they have time to analyse the data from this new update. The cars had "flashes" of good perfomance this race, but they have to deliver in the next races. Vegas is a low-downforce setup track, which should suit Red Bull, but Interlagos it is very hard to say.
Is rain really for the best though? this year the MCL has been a rocket in the rain, it great at keep tyres warm, great at transition from intermediates to slicks.

We would be relying a lot on Max to pull something out. I guess rain does increase the chance of Lando or Oscar sliding out and dropping places or crashing. Also, early forecasts suggest rain for the whole weekend, so it's looking likely at least.

We can't afford any bad luck, got screwed by stroll red flag last year in qualy.

It needs proper rain that keeps the tires cool. That's what happened in Brazil. That is different from inters on a dry track.

:?
he has ocon and the sauber covered and his delta to max on medium was decent and kept oscar behind for 10 laps which is more important for champ.brazil will be kind to redbull cool temperature and no tire overheating and a track that favours aero efficiency so big chance to score points for both spring and race.looks like redbull have not solved overheating problems from Bahrain.

It's becoming commonplace, but I have to congratulate Verstappen on an absolutely amazing race, 100% controlled aggression and plenty of "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED" moves, it was amazing. I just feel sad we got robbed of a duel with Leclerc, these two fighting on track always delivers.

Hat off (again), sir.

I think a podium here considering how the weekend went is absurd. Wdc is on but not really in Max's hands

I think Max got help from above,he should have been penalized for cutting corner on the first lap that was a clear fia want to make thing exciting and its good for business. Max should have been penalized for overtake he made on lando in monza he left him no room.he tend to get away with too many transgressions. hass pitted when they didn't have to Ayao komatsu a former Honda employee who knows what he was thinking when he pitted Berman who was on podium position.

It's not conspiracy nonsense that he cut the corner that just not normal racing it's illegal, and it's not conspiracy to say a driver should leave room when pulling an overtaking move.other drivers are complaining they are not happy with the steward during race on Sunday. Anybody who has a history of watching f1 knows when a champion is at stake fia usually make dodgey decisions.

Negative Max didnt even gain a place in turn1, he stayed where he was in p4 after that corner. In new rules also he had the right to be on the inside of Lewis slightly ahead, all was right within rules but on the limit. This is why there was no penalty. I will end here, period.
