As long the 2 McLaren drivers fight for the championship, Max is full in the mix.

This would play into our hands a bit

Why would this issue resurface now. It was fine last year, I thought pirelli fixed their problems.

I guess they were already at the hardest possible compound allocation last year (C1-C2-C3) and saw a lot of "management" in the race. Since they can't go harder with compounds (C0 is a disaster), they want to see full tilt racing (they = FoM/liberty) since the season is going to end with a proper WDC fight.

Hamilton and Sainz got punctures in the GP last year. It’s the same issue as the previous years. The combination of the high lateral load and the pyramid curbs causes the tires to fail.

It is very long but also very nice to see and hear a very relaxed Max and Borteleto talking.

It looks like a sunny friday, some light rain for saturday qualy and a dry race. From saturday to sunday, the temps will fall from 26C to 19C. The big question will that lower track temperatures suit more Max and Red Bull, maybe also Mercedes....

Well I´d rather have somehow Mercedes in the mix under cooler conditions than Mclaren running away with it with 50°C track temp

Take pole position. Keep cars behind. If Mercedes is close even better as you can hope Russell will take points off the Orange cars if he can.

Anyways it should be a weekend where the car should be able to fight for a win. So let's see if that's the case or McLaren have it covered like Mexico.

Better dry than intermediates. We would get eaten on the inters. I think the car has performance to win.

Put a new engine into Yuki's car and hope he can fight the Mclaren in Vegas

Perhaps Yuki got upgrades because he is spinning?

What a horrible session for Max. Almost no purple sectors during his fast laps, very slow in the race stint, half a second on softs after S2...

Doesn't look good...
