With the pace Yuki has, he is useless for RedBull regardless. Add to that the starting position, it's unlikely he gets any points for them. This is the correct decision. They need to get as much data as possible to give Max the best car they can for the rest of the weekend.

This is not hate though. He is just very poor. I am not sure what is the last time testing anything on Yuki made any difference.
Yes, Perez was terrible, but not this terrible. Lawson hardly got a real shot although I doubt his season pans out any different anyways from Tsunoda's, except Tsunoda is experienced.
