I think the tires are dead. Max had to deal with traffic.

Really high deg race it seems. All mediums runners fell off after the tires passed the 20 lap tire age threshold.

High fuel versus low fuel might have different behaviors.

Max will take another pitstop. This pace is too fast to go to the end.

Red Bull have a three-stop in mind clearly. They are racing Russell and Piastri.

All the others will too. But Max will end with the faster tyres (soft). Unless there is a SC, Norris is safe, but Piastri and Russell are within reach.

yes, a last stint with fresh soft

a SC in 10-15 laps would be helpful :)

Softs seem to be such a horrible tire, yikes. But if they're going for something similar to what they did in Barcelona, then it works with short stints.

In my opinion, Max will not stop again. He really obliterated the medium tires in that 2nd stint which is why it was shorter. His fastest lap from the 2nd stint is still faster than any lap from the 3rd stint.

He is gaining on Russell, he is not saving the tyres for a very long stint in my opinion. But it is a possibility, anyway he is quite fast actually so I imagine he will stop.

Russell shot his tyres very quickly. Even better they removed him from Max path.
