Hamilton and Charles debate to one side. The car is abysmal. Not too sure why Charles is risking it all to try and get p10 in all honesty. Ham clearly thinks enough is enough

Credit Charles for still trying to find the limit beyond the limit…but it just isn’t worth it. It’s like making dinner for people who are just going to throw it in the bin when you leave..only to still tell you it didn’t taste nice.

It's been a nightmare since FP1. I've changed the car quite a bit from this morning to now. Nothing is going better, it's already a big challenge just to keep the car on the track. I thought we were going to be eliminated in Q1 & Q2. There was nothing more.
Alpine up front? I don't know what to say. It's a fact, we're in very serious trouble. Where is it coming from? We're struggling to find out because we've searched quite a bit and tried different setup directions, but the car is simply slow. That's how it is.

Thanks god only two races left with that car…

Strange feeling with those regs, Ferrari started very strong in 22’, fail in 23, improve in 24 and totally failed in 25

Let’s hope that they finally nail it for next year

It will take divine intervention to win a race this year. Charles Leclerc really likes Abu Dhabi, so let's see.

Forget winning a race, it will take divine intervention to finish in points tomorrow.

A high speed track with lots of downforce required, and in such a way that the average downforce acting on the car over one lap is highest of any track on the calendar. That condition, simply exposed the terrible aerodynamics+kinetics weakness prevalent on the car. That's the reason why the changes they did to the car, left-right-and-center, both post FP and post sprint - nothing seems to work. It isn't a setup issue, it's a fundamental design issue. Just that it took such a track, where the downforce demand is highest on the calendar, to expose fundamental issues bare, like how it takes a hurricane to blow even the best designed wig from the wearer's head. It's simply LeClerc's talent to handle unstable cars that has put him in Q3. The #blessed car showed where the car actually belongs.

Winning a race when Mclaren, Mercedes, and RB all have a more capable machine is simply impossible

Charles saying he's not optimistic for tomorrow cause there's zero performance in the car

To my shock even F1 TV crew just admitted they don't think Ferrari will get any points and that they think Ferrari might have the worst race pace.

I understand the car has been mediocre this year but this is a low even for them. It's not like the car has been this bad the last few weekends, Leclerc has gotten a few podiums and would've even had another if not for Piastri and Antonelli. But this car looks like the furthest thing from a podium contender even in Leclerc's hands.

It doesn't matter in terms of results at this point of the season, but it worries me the team has no idea what's wrong.

Let's be a bit positive. Hamilton went from P20 last race to P18. Could P16 be on the cards in AD?

In quali it was by far the worst car.

Did the drivers or Vasseur mention if/how they lowered the car? It seemed to spark more in Qualifying than SQ

Seems like we are on a trajectory opposite of Mclaren, going towards their 2022 levels

Leclerc said they made it significantly less "front biased" but it didn't change much.

even if the car is better in the race, he is in the middle of a number of slow cars now, that will all get undercut from behind, on a track you can't pass. Won't be easy, I guess.
