McLaren has cost their drivers so many points in two races. First with the plank in Vegas and then now with the cragtegy.

If RedBull rallies their troops, meaning Yuki and the two RB drivers, I can see them causing havoc in Abudhabi. Lets not even mention assistance by their friends in high places.

The Qatar streaks are safe. 3 straight sprint wins for Oscar Piastri, and 3 straight GP wins for Max Verstappen. I won't say that I expected this, but I did think about the streaks and destiny last night

Indeed Max should never be in this fight. In the last 2 races the gap went from 49 points to 12 points. A DNF (25 points) and today it was 7 points they gifted him. Max would have no chance for the title after today if only Mclaren went into the pits. 32 points if we compare to Lando, also his mistake in Canada and we add 15 points. DNF again in the Dutch GP (18 points) lost. Thats at least 65 points, Max lost probably about 20-25 points for the entire season. Doing this calculation Lando should been at least 60 points ahead of Max and the same could be said about Piastri... Thats the reality.

Its aleady amazing we will see 3 drivers in the fight until the final race...

Not a single track limit offense from Verstappen today (or all weekend) at a circuit where it proved very difficult for drivers to keep it between the lines. He's simply operating on another level. It's important to highlight the fine details like this because often people get lost in their biases or hatred and no longer think analytically about the driver performance. There are plenty of fast F1 drivers, or drivers good for a fast lap on a random racetrack in the middle east, but are they consistent across the season? Do they make too many small errors here and there? Verstappen distinguishes himself in every area. It's remarkable.

and another remarkable effort from Carlos Sainz today. That Williams has no business on ANY podium in the middle east

Tha's just two races... Someone should count up the points wasted by stupid team moves. (Equal driver treatment doesn't count. But it's still a lot.)

The one time there actually was a fight, this year, between Max and the Racingbulls Max did not get through. That was in Hungary. The other times was on a way different strategy or just blue flags. It was a disgracefull post.

It´s incredible how Andy Ant has screwed Max over this season. First, he wrecked him out on lap 1 of RB´s home race and now he chokes in front of Norris giving him the benefit of finishing P3 to become champion in Abu Dhabi.

If it were one driver vs one driver, you would ask lando to hold max up. But they can’t.

Such a tough stroke of bad luck for Oscar

He had a wobble into the corner and out of the corner. Was downbeat after on the radio, so conspiracists can leave it. But once again Norris lucks out massively when not performing.
#-o
If Norris wasn´t so unlucky on Holland, he would have been champion already in Vegas(maybe Mclaren wouldn´t have risked so much with Lando having a huge lead, as he should have)

Unlucky? He's driving an MCL39.

In the end, the soft was probably good enough to be used more in the race. Bortoleto did his final 25 laps on it, and was setting his best times right at the end.

I guess he says this out of experience from 2021 when Bottas, like a bowling ball, stroke the 2 Red Bulls cars out on Hungary and on Imola, him and Russell(the other Mercedes guy) collided just after Hamilton went off track and dropped to the last position, to save him with a SC.

But I´m sure RB won´t do anything dirty likel that as they didn´t on Abu Dhabi 21 after all the dirty driving Mercedes and it´s drivers did on that season.

So what? Every season someone gets to drive the best car and Mclaren is nowhere near as dominant as Mercedes, for instance, from 2014-2021. Without his car failure on Netherlands, Lando would have been champion already. Oscar would be a horrible champion, he doesn´t deserve it
