wont be surprised if hadjar struggles like yuki next year. RB is famous for their infanticide and not letting them develop over multiple seasons.

Hadjar in a Redbull - team radio will be 'absolute cinema'.

I'd have waited until after AD ... maybe Pia is up for grabs 😎

This. Sadly PIA has presented himself this season as being a great #2 driver. Too slow and inconsistent to be a real threat and willing to follow the most controversial team orders even in a title fight.

Hadjar comes at a much lower price tag however and with the new car concept everything is open for him to perform well, while also keeping RB relevant as a launch pad.

I don't understand the timing.

TSU could have helped for the championship.
Why will he do anything now ?

Otherwise, good pick, I believe HAD will arrive at the best possible moment, new regs, new engine, so he will have to adapt to the team but he will start on an equal foot regarding the car

Hadjar is already driving the bones of Red Bull cars. Same steering wheel, same PU, etc. He will have already experienced next year's VCARB in the simulator, which shares technology with Red Bull. Transitioning from VCARB to Red Bull is easier than from any other team. Mekies has also worked with Hadjar in the first half of this year. He has the best opportunity.

In which world could he have helped?

Hadjar should be expected to be close to Max's pace at least in the beginning.
