Great result for the team. I'm super happy. Let's take this home. We'll see how low downforce setup works for tire deg.

Tsunoda was super lucky, P15 in Q1 and P10 in Q2 but even without the tow VER had enough.

Russell bottling it. Quite happy due to his tow shenanigans.

good for Norris. he just need to keep his second place at the start and follow Max that's it. he will be WDC of 2025.

Everyone has 2 new sets of medium and one new set of hard. We have the opposite. Why? :D

Red Bull not even bothering to let Tsunoda set a time of his own, lol.
Misinfo. He did set a lap on his only new set, but it was deleted due to track limits.

Mclaren can let Oscar pass Lando early. They don't need them fighting at all. Oscar needs to fight Max, lando doesn't

Talk of front graining so maybe being cautious

Basically, this is a perfect result. Max is in front and will not threaten our drivers, right behind him is Norris, defended by Piastri. Just let them drive tactically and there will be no problem. A win is not necessary.

Lando asked if he's OK with just getting a podium tomorrow and refuses to answer lol

That might be smart thing to do but it is risky for Norris, if we come under threat from Russell that could lose him the championship. Maybe if they agree that Piastri slows down and lets Lando through if he can't beat Max.

But I'm quite happy, Norris won't have to resist a VER divebomb.

If Piastri would be out of the WDC race, this would be ideal, but he surely still hopes to win WDC and he might risk too much in T1.

Oscar is a risk tomorrow. Just not as much as Max. Its a risk for Lando in third if Max is winning, if Lando has mishaps.

He just needs to go as fast as he can with getting into trouble.

But will Max go full speed or try to back Lando at T1?? Or continue to back him up further into the race..

Oscar has to remember that crash in the sprint, no unnecessary risk.

I don't understand why you guys think it's better to be P2-P3 than, let's say, P1-P3. Sure, a divebomb from VER would be a threat, but this way, he will try to bunch up the field behind him. He will play games and try to enable RUS or even LEC to pass them.

I really don't get these ideas of backing up anyone. I din't think this is realistic.
