It's kind of important to make the decision early, they could have run for 45 minutes already.

I'm guessing they will skip today.

The problem is that if they wont run today they will lose the chance to maybe rebuild something if they find any problems. That said if they pushed the design to the limit without any problems then all is OK i guess.

This decision thing is probably not really the cause. When they had that media session last week, they said that they would hit the track on Tuesday or Wednesday. I think they might still have some work to do to get the car ready and that's why they didn't go out. Because a decision shouldn't take hours to make. The problem for today though, is that the entire afternoon session is going to be rainy.

Assuming they get the car ready, I don't know if it's worth spending a testing day for 2 hours of running.

According to meteo.cat the hyperlocal catalunyan weather service, tomorrow should be dry until early evening, then dry thursday Friday.

If I am looking at it accurately, Montmelo (where the track is) is not showing any rain today until 4pm and no rain on Wed/Thursday.

Maybe wrong but interesting to see, yr.no is showing rain throughout today but small amounts.
