Could that be a stylized "TWG" on the side? I know that the indycar test livery they used this offseason had TWG on the sidepod rather than the car's actual sponsor(s). I wonder if this is just some internal event, and maybe that is not even the actual car but rather some kind of showcar. It probably isn't but that's a guess.
I would be really surprised if the actual race livery had "TWG" on the side of the car. TWG is not some kind of recognizable company but rather the holding company/trust/private equity group that owns the team (pretty sure TWG comes from "Towriss" who is the head of the group and presumably the majority owner). If they do just put TWG on the side that would indicate a real lack of sponsorship. Not that you *need* sponsors when you're bankrolled by both a billionaire AND General Motors, but still.
