Doesn't look like they are. Quite obvious limit in the main straight. Top speed reached is about 296 in the penultimate straight. For reference, Max reached 337 in his fastest lap on the main straight. Oscar and Lewis around 323.
On that penultimate straight, Max was doing ~310.
