Live timing is bugged but it does look like McLaren is following their run plan from last year. Currently he is on a race sim, hard to tell how many stints but he's been out for a while.

He’s been on track for 10 laps now on the hards lapping in the 39.4s pretty much every lap

Apparently it's possible to see quite a lot of info and various views of laptimes, stints etc on f1tv multiviewer. I don't use it myself, so I can't confirm.

Not really, it's stuck. Last 10 or so laps haven't been recorded because the f1 livetiming service bugged out.

Lando is up to 140 laps, and I could not find any notes on sky that Mclaren stopped on the track.

If you refer to this, there was no issue with the car. The session was red flagged and Lando choose to abort going on track.
