Do they have such an amazing depth inside the team because we always only get to know who's leaving but no additions since a few years?

Does anybody remember this from last year:

A wild guess: if I interpret a thing correctly, then another high profile member will leave the team or has left the team. Time will tell if I was wrong (hopefully) or not.
Unfortunately it became true: I've sent me a message to prove it in the future

Wouldn't be surprised if recruited by Wheatley.

Look at that: but I was / I am not 100% sure if that's his next step

Aston Martin hired a new Chief Designer in the last couple of months, so Audi is the most likely.

The rate at which its going, Wache, Balbo and Waterhouse* will leave before the regulations end.

Think about Mercedes, not very different there. Chief Designer John Owen left, Dan Milner...

Every team, except McLaren tbh, suffers brain drain at the moment.

McLaren just got new people in the last couple of years. In a few years time, if they are still at the top, the cycle will repeat. The cost cap forces movements but I thought Red Bull would do everything to keep the "quadrumvirate" of Balbo, Skinner, Wache and Waterhouse.

From a technical standpoint they were very important and were arguably a lot more important for the cars of the last 5 odd years.

I wonder who's going to be chief designer now at Red Bull.

It's not like they didn't sign people:

Would be nice to hear some names though

At the same time, these guys have been here for 20 years. Red Bull is just in that inevitable part of the cycle. Mercedes experienced it also.

That's indeed a valid point. All one can do is hope that have some really good folks who can step up in cost cap regulated F1 era.

Signing new people is good in that it brings new ideas. But certain senior people can set the right direction and are better equipped to handle more high-level changes that has a positive knock-on effect in many cases. That said, everyone has to start somewhere. So there's that.

Max goes all the way to the first gear every time? Also the McLaren plank hitting the floor sounds quite strong.
