Craig Skinner's idea was the blown diffuser for example, they talked about it in a podcast. Significant loss of experience and talent.

It was not the blown diffuser per se. It was the addition of a resonator to the exhaust that improved the coanda effect by a big margin from Valencia 2012 onwards.

From a technical standpoint they were very important and were arguably a lot more important for the cars of the last 5 odd years.

I wonder who's going to be chief designer now at Red Bull.
At the same time, these guys have been here for 20 years. Red Bull is just in that inevitable part of the cycle. Mercedes experienced it also.
Mike Elliott and John Owen are free to join (but maybe too expensive)

Aston Martin hired a new Chief Designer in the last couple of months, so Audi is the most likely.
The way Aston Martin are burning through top level engineers, why would anyone go there?

Everyone gets a year, and then moved on into the "eventually fired" zone.

I would love to see new pictures of the car.
Don't remember if the upgrade package supposed to be already on, or it will only be introduced on the last 1-2 days?

Current car looks underdeveloped to some others so really curious what will they come up with for the first races. Especially around and under the sidepod inlet + bargeboards.

Not a great start. Only 13 laps by Hadjar so far...

Either an issue, or preparing for a race sim?
