if Audi do a decent job, I wouldn't be surprised if Carlos tries to make the move many expected him to make last year instead of Williams. At least Audi is a works team with more money etc....
Audi has Mattia Binotto, Jonathan Wheatley, and resource of VW AG behind them. I know where I'd rather be in the long run.

Williams has been more of a letdown performance wise than AM since I figured AM would have some teething issues.
I dunno man, AM look absolutely calamitous. Will they even make half race distance in Australia? Williams are just kinda disappointing.
AM will certainly be worse off at the start of the season but I expect them to pull it together quickly. I'm not convinced Williams is on the upward trajectory that JV was talking of last year.

You might be right about AM pulling it together, but it's also possible that they don't. Something stinky in the air over there. I could say the same about Williams though.

Kick him out and bring in Horner
I'm not against trying someone other than Vowles, but not Horner. He is toxic

Maybe. Maybe not. But look at how much more positive the atmosphere at RBR seems to be since Horner left. Even before their late season WDC challenge last year it seemed like the drivers and team were more relaxed.

I don’t see Horner fitting in at Williams.

Aren't we all better without Horner? In my mind we are. Less toxic fuzz and politics. In the other side we have Toto playing ball alone now but i have high hopes that he will leave also.

And Horner paid the woman millions to keep silent and not go to court. Sounds like not totally innocent after all.

Exactly. You don't pay off someone if nothing happened!!

He was toxic long before that. His attitude in interviews said it all. Especially after AD21.

I think this thread has really gone off topic!

I'm excited to see how the team performs and communicates at the session opener. I really want to see continuation of the open and seemingly honest approach from last season even if the performances delivered aren't great.

Mekies is a breath of fresh air. I really like how he is not always super political like Horner was.
