How do we know everyone else is at 15.2? From what I've heard, it's not that the others are unaware of thermal properties, and most will have figured stuff out to go down to only 15.8 or something like that.
This is wrong. They can not change it "on the fly" in June. Either it is now 16.0 or never.
Well, we do not know the value. The 15.2 is a worst case calculation without "interesting" expansion tricks. I think the point here would be that just normal people or even press would not have any idea of what the teams are doing with their engines. But I'm sure the teams themselves have much clearer information.
