Not on the regs in my opinion. Just unlucky. Cold tires, lots of power, hit curb, lost traction.

No, it was just on the way to the grid. Gearbox hadn't fully synced and his battery seemed to be on the fritz, plus a bit of driver error.

I have some concerns about an F2 start style crash. Someone doesn't get away, and the drivers at the back are unsighted.

Looks like W17 & McL40 ran the bigger wings (more dishing on the RW mainplane, more aggressive AoA on FW '3rd flap') and the SF26 & RB22 (especially) ran much lesser ones.
