The GP was a 3 due to Leclerc and Russell early, and Verstappen slicing through the field. It could easily have been a 1 or a 2 without that though.

3 for me, much for the same reason as Badger commented. As exciting as the early battle was between Leclerc and Russell, it just left a bad taste in my mouth, as I knew it was largely, if not entirely, down to the batteries.

I've thought of changing my nickname...
It has to be a 1, because i watched it... but it will be a 0 for the Chinese GP

This race is usually not a great one to watch so the expectations were low.

I felt the tactical nature of fights was interesting and offered opportunities drivers didn't have before. The race was robbed of an interesting middle part because Ferrari did not pit under VSC - allowing Mercedes to be well clear and control the race without issues. If that didn't happen it would be a much better race.

I gave it a 4 because of the fights and feeling that it was much better than predicted. Cars could follow, cars were lively, ...

Given its a lousy circuit and new tech I wasn't expecting much. The camera work was down to its usual standard, how much of Mad Max slicing up through the duds did we see?

For exactly the same reasons I went for a 2, without that battle and start (which felt largly manufactured) the race would've been a pretty tragic watch, I expect these fun elements to die fairly quickly as teams get on top of their battery management.

3 for me. A pretty good opening race to the season. The battle at the start between Russell and Leclerc was fun to watch and kept things interesting early on. Also interesting to see Max fighting through the field and still managing to pick up solid points despite not having the pace to challenge at the front.
