Damn that's a pretty shocking session. Maybe they got the setup all wrong after only one FP session. Seems too big of a gap considering what we saw in Australia.

More corners = more time lost, seems about right.

Max on the onboard after sprint qualifying:

"...I can't. This is undriveable. We never had anything this bad."

Shocking job on the chassis. Wache has to answer.
The FIA folds on a royal flush.

Car is slow, but 1.7s is just too much. It seems like they've completely missed the mark. I agree wache will be feeling the heat pretty soon.

I don't think this gap is realistic in normal conditions, but car is certainly around 1 second worse than the top. I think weight reduction will have a big effect, it can improve tire management, and everything will add up.

I would have thought the front suspension concept was good in having more response in slower corners, but I think that is a miss.

Maybe they will think of a b-spec with suspension geometry

I mean even last year, China was the worst track for Red Bull.

"But why do we have so much criticism of George, he has no fault, poor lad"

I'll repeat myself, we have to hope Max does not retire amid this amazing new era.

Would be not surprised if they start from the back tomorrow during the sprint and change setup.
Its worthless to run like that.
