So, these remaining aspects being fixed should bring some lap time too. Catching up to Merc will depend on how much time their new package will bring, if it was like Ferrari's last and the leap is not massive then RBR can be competitive earlier.
But there will still be that 0.2-0.3s PU handicap for the rest of the season if they don't get to upgrade the engine, and there's been no noise around that so far, Ferrari are already planning a new PU for Spa. RBR doesn't seem too confident that they'll qualify for ADUO.
