................. the Redbull cannot win it.

Unless, there is rain that reduces the PU disparity and/or some lucky safety car.

Canada will suit Red Bull a bit more than Miami (straights, heavy braking, no high-speed corners)

Waché said it will be running early next year. But he did not clarify if running as in testing and calibrating phase or it will already run in production by then. Either way, next year's car will be still designed by the old one.

Mercedes have done really well at Canada recent years, easy enough track for both Russell and Antonelli to be fighting for top 2, Mclaren maybe possible to have an off day or 1 driver off pace.

Realistically Max will be fighting for p4-p6, but I think the time delta to the top teams might reduce this weekend. Track should suit the rb22 better, but I was left a bit disappointed by top speed with the macarena rear wing last week, wasn't it supposed to bring a 5-7kmph speed advantage?

That also depended on the future regulations, right? What I said before: the changes that will hopefully be implemented next year will already help enormously," says Verstappen. "I've always said that it doesn't matter to me whether I have a good car or not; it's about the product. And I think the product gets better that way. As a result, the pleasure will automatically increase."

Why would you think that Max will be 5 tenths off in Montreal when he was only 2 tenths off in Miami?

Why would you think that? Max had to recover from a spin and an early pit stop in Miami and was only 2 tenths off in qualifying. The only reason I can think off is the #3 curse that seems to be afflicting Max this year.

They are really slow with the new tunnel. Construction started around April 2024. And it was already quite advanced 2 months ago (viewtopic.php?p=1333156#p1333156). I wonder what they still have to do, can commissioning and calibration take more than half a year?
