Why are the same numbers lower than others?

I guess the actual data behind is 317.4 and 317.2 and 316.8 or so. But on the graph you just see the rounded number as 317 for all 3.

Without correcting for overtake mode laps you cannot draw too many conclusions.
He was behind Hamilton until lap 9, and then again from lap 60-68. About 17-18 laps in OT mode.

Hamilton was behind him from lap 10 - 22 and again from lap ~54-60 which was about 18 laps.

Hadjar also had similar amount of laps in overtake mode from the start and before his penalty w/ Leclerc.

Imo the differences were small enough between these guys to draw a conclusion. Antonelli wasn't that far away either since Russell retired on lap 30 and Antonelli led at least a handful of laps before then.
