According to Leclerc’s interview after fp2 he is having issues the breaks.
I think the real question is has it been the case since the start of the season or just post Canada.
If he has no confidence under breaking, he will likely be slower throughout the season, not just Monaco.
Guessing this will be the algorithm deciding how much recharged is needed. These regulations need a serious rethink.
