RBR still has not mastered a not so stiff suspension it seems. Amazing.

Its the weight - if the car is heavy you need to run stiff to keep the platform stable because of the greater inertia of the suspended mass. Losing the weight will allow them to run a more compliant setup.

Next race is Barcelona, but other teams will develop too so it's not a static thing. In any case, there's a lot of potential in this car.

Its good to see the positive feedback loop between Max and the team. He's a demanding driver and they have a big job to keep up with him, but when they work hard, he pays them back.

Next race is Barcelona, but other teams will develop too so it's not a static thing. In any case, there's a lot of potential in this car.

Do you think the team have found setup wise that could help in Barcelona? Hadjar was hopeful for Monaco and it worked out, but he said Barcelona wouldn't suit.

Ferrari's next package is in Barcelona too, so the field will keep moving around.

I know they say PU doesn't matter here but it still does. Just less than other places. What would he do with a fresh engine and less weight?

The bones of the car are good - just look at what Hadjar has been able to do since the Miami update. The engine is already both competitive as well as reliable and should allow them to be comfortably ahead of Ferrari once they cut the weight in the Austria upgrade. Max will win races this season and if they get lucky and qualify for ADUO he might even be able to be Kimi's closest challenger to the title with a late season charge.
