In someways they've gone back to spec 1 with the sidepod width and less undercut, but they replaced the coke bottle at the rear with the waterfall slides.

Pretty shocking but I believe it is evolution. Spec 1 was unusual in the sense that it was very narrow at the inlet and had protruding SIS significantly.

- Is front suspension new, or just the fairings?
- Where is the new front wing that was tested in fp1 in Barcelona?
- Are wheel rims new?

The inlet undercut actually looks slightly deeper here, the sidepod just widens more farther down.

This last picture is very revelatory. Despite being 'as hot'/'hotter' and thinner air than Barcelona, the mouth of the coke bottle is shrunk on the RHS pic w.r.t the LHS pic. This could well mean cooling efficiency improvement. Mexico will tell where they stand on cooling efficiency.
