Idk but what a loophole if Kimi gets away with this. But the FIA needs to enforce it for future races going forward that you need to completely slow down.

All I know is that Lewis got a slam dunk penalty and Ferrari has no new softs or mediums for Leclerc. And he starts on the dirty side of the track which makes it even worse.

Piastri would start in front of Hamilton. Mclaren is no worse off strategically. Hamilton is the biggest threat to Norris tomorrow so Piastri's job will be to hold him up and take him out of it.
