Operations were poor during previous sessions with rear wing not working, traffic and so forth. Good pitstops and strategy this time though. More of those 2.3 stops please.

Tyre deg is very, very good. "Lovely car to drive" says all  . With more weight reduction inbound and another set of aero updates corner performance should become even better.

Honda wise, despite my best wishes, I will go against the optimistic grain and say I didn't see a noticeable improvement. Maybe a slight one, but definitely far away from the expected 30hp. Seeing ALO lose all the time in straights was difficult. Pattern was he gained 0.3-0.4 in the corners then lost 6 tenths down the straights. Lots of work still on PU side. 15hp are missing and drivability has to improve further.

ALO has just said after the race that Honda's Zandvoort update has been a step back in upshifts and downshifts and drivability and will need more races to fix, while he's optimistic about the chassis, basically confirming this.
This is why even with weight reduction in Monza and enhancements to the software in Monza, no one should be freaking out over a Q1 exit and instead should look at the big picture. The horsepower gap will reduce in 2027.

Imo AM should be talking with RB or Ferrari to have their PU next year. With Honda, they will not win.

Rosberg said he heard in the pit lane that the car is still 30kg overweight, stop the blame game, play the team game. They will gain together.
Good race from Alo.
No way it's 30kg now, probably something like 10.

Did i hear it right or not? ALO is not sure of power improvement with new spec 2 engine, he was kind of guessing may be there is more power since they finished in points

Have you ever thought about telling us something new? You don't think anybody here knows about the power deficit? It is what it is. The PU has obviously gotten lot better, especially in Race trim. I'm sure it will keep improving, not sure how coming here and shiiting all over it adds any value to this forum.
yes i a just did ,compared to past races they were not blown past easily on the straight by competing cars with similar pace which bodes well for future races.i am not here here to give news that suit your taste i too had to read a lot crap and trolling hear
Sorry, that comment was not directed to you, it was direct at SchuMassa
Saw that now maybe i had a little bit of a drink

fernando was a bit lucky if max ,lindblad ,or yuki who at some point had 6 second advatage on gasly didn't make mistake at some point he would not have scored points .so the reduction in weight and further gains from the pu should at least mitigate some of their weakness to properly bring these team into midfield

Alonso:

"We need to be patient with the engine. I don't think it delivered the results we expected this weekend. We lack that drivability and gear-shifting performance; we’ve lost the improvements we made with the first engine and have essentially gone back to square one with this second one, so we have about two or three races ahead of us to optimize it. As for the rest of the season, there will be circuits that suit us better and others that don't. Monza will be one of the worst, and scoring points won't be an option, but we will try to improve the drivability."
