quite impressive for a "Second round of upgrades" of the Hungarian package. If this is for Holland I (do not) want to know what they have in pipline for Baku

McLaren ran with a more closed wheel fairing in Holland.
These can both help smooth the aero wake behind the wheel and by insulating, transfer heat from the brakes into the wheel/tyre. Both small but subtle effects.
