Charles seems to not be as comfortable here. Lets see as the weekend pans out. It's a street track so lets see if the CI brakes make any difference for him.

Seems fine to me, considering last weekends huge shunt and having the old pre upgrade engine, no less comfortable than Lewis and the quicker driver in both sessions so far :)

Not comfortable with the 2026 car at all since the start of the season

Seems pretty close - I don’t know if Mercedes are doing something different with deployment or if it’s all traction, but they’re much stronger than anyone else in S3. Might be that there’s opportunity to address that with setup if it’s the latter but we still seem to be thereabouts, which is vaguely encouraging.

Mercedes chassis seems to apply a better spread of force over the contact patch. It's a trend now where they have more remaining grip in the last sector.

Perhaps the more powerful engine is allowing them to run more downforce and take it easier out of the traction zones.

Lewis’ engineer Santi needs to wake up how many times has Hamilton been in the way of other drivers in FP1 think it was 5 times communication is shocking can’t have that happening in qualifying. Sort it out!
Do you think we should start a poll. How fast Ferrari wall will grant 5 places grid penalty for Lewis impedding other drivers ?

And we are back to this...
"This Monza engine upgrade was crap... but oh boy wait for the 2027 engine, that's gonna be a rocket".

Ferrari runs on hopium.

Charles will use a pre-ADUO 2 engine in Madrid as a precaution. Although initial tests showed no significant damage to the ADUO 2 engine, Ferrari didn't had enough time to conduct a more detailed analysis.

Makes for an interesting comparison of how much he'll lose to Lewis on straights.
I don’t know but all the teams have had over half a season and two periods of a month without a race to perfect their starts so can we get rid of the artificial extra period before the lights go out. If anything the others are getting better starts then Ferrari

It's good to see some accountability coming from Charles instead of bringing "we" into this. Those who have been trying to justify that maneuver can stop embarrassing themselves now.
Hamilton screwed up an that's that. Expected Leclerc to just wave him past after pushing him near the track edge, but he didn't.

I'm only only embarrassed for Leclerc always taking blame when he doesn't have.

Your skewing of the facts to suit your anti-Hamilton agenda is embarrassing. Take a listen to what Charles said maybe?

Literally one of the most normal moves ever done at Monza (if you have ever watched F3, you will see it every single race) and they manage to get two cars through turn 2 the vast majority of the time. This was Leclerc screwing up 100% fault.

He doesn't have to wave Hamilton through. Just give enough room for both cars

Ferrari has 2 crashers.... They need a rocketship car like Mercedes had between 2014-2021 in order to win a WDC tittle with this line up

It was a silly thing to do trying to get to the pits like that but Ferrari yet again didn’t tell him the full picture that the wing was under the car and dragging it around only telling him to stop because he has a front right puncture not that he was dragging his front wing around and possibly leaving debris or possible warning from race control to stop if that was the case. Lewis likely didn’t even know he was dragging the wing around or he would have stopped if they just told him all that the first time they asked him to stop. Idiots, seriously in a team that is so big and the resources they should have with the money they generate they do such daft things that boggles our brains. Ferrari seriously need to sort their communication out big time and quickly. Absolutely shocking

Lewis Hamilton: “The car is going!”
Santi: “We have the wing under the wheels. Stop in the safest place possible.”
Lewis Hamilton: “If I can make it back I will. If I can’t, I’ll do it safely.”
Santi: “We have a puncture in the front right, stop the car.”
Lewis Hamilton: “I can see that.”
Santi: “Stop the car in the safest point you can find. It’s the race director asking.”
Lewis Hamilton: “I can make it back safely!”
Santi: “It’s a formal request.”
Literally the first message from Santi..
