Well the issue is that a lot of these guys aren’t Ferrari fans - they would have been in the Mercedes thread a few years ago. It’s definitely getting very boringDarth-Piekus wrote: ↑12 Sep 2026, 17:28I've technically been here from the Barcelona GP and it's a pity seeing the Ferrari community be at war instead of celebrating a very good result.
Engine is weak or the suspension aero combo just doesn't work with varying tyre pressures / ride heights. Sector 3 is possibly a power sector. The RB and Merc engines were faring were making like 4 tenths on us.f1316 wrote: ↑12 Sep 2026, 18:05We’re always a tenth or two away on the second runs - everyone finds a step except us, happens so often. After the first runs it was looking pretty decent but always seems to go away from us at the end.
No matter how good race pace is, at a track like this I’m sure we’re in for another frustrating race in traffic.
The same can be said about the other side. There are a lot of fans who are Leclerc fans than Ferrari. Its becoming very boring indeed.
There's telemetry on this forum that shows evidence of the engine upgrade being significant. We have a direct comparison between Bearman and Ocon from Monza.edu2703 wrote: ↑12 Sep 2026, 17:09It's not a huge difference the press made it seem like, if you want to push the narrative of exceptional work with a weaker engine.
By the way, good job to both drivers. Unfortunately, this is the best result we can achieve on this track. All that's left is to dream of a good (and clean) start tomorrow and try to hold off the faster cars somehow.

I'm reading conflicting reports abou that. Federico Albano, from Formula Passion, refuted the information above he himself had posted:Gabriox wrote: ↑12 Sep 2026, 22:39Both drivers are using older spec engine

It´s always like that for the Ferrari´s fans(actually, their driver´s fans), isn´t it?! Always a big hope for pole and always a big let down. But that´s what happens when you have very hyped qualifiers
Mercedes thread used to have way more pages than Ferrari´s up untill 2025. Since then, Ferrari is only second to AM Honda. This place was destined to become toxic....
Yeah. Leclerc is overated and appears to be hindered by the new cars and his team mate was just never quick enough, regardless of age or regulation
