Yes but how do you quantify this? If Lando is 1 second a lap faster than Oscar, what makes it all car but when Max is 1 second ahead of his teammates is all driver?
I'm not sure where this argument is going, but the point is VER has never had the fastest car (or even 2nd best) this year at any point (despite delusions of others), and Lando has had the fastest car in at least 4-5 weekends already (Miami (debateable), Spa, Hungary, Zandvoort, Madrid). What the teammate is doing is irrelevant. I never mentioned PIA or LAW.
The argument wont go anywhere. It's just a little weird how people have these double standards when it comes to Lando. The other driver is relevant, because how exactly do you know McLaren is the best car when Oscar hasn't shown that pace? That's basically the argument that is used when Max is elevated. He is way ahead of his teammates so people assume the cars are tractors.
