So I've read that they want to do more to help Honda under ADUO but nobody has said what. Will more money and more dyno time on top of the increases in CAP and dyno time they’ve already gotten help more? What else can be done?

What else is there? Outside giving them design data, there's more budget and more testing allowance.
They could give back the sophisticated sensors inside the cylinders, I guess.

i have the feeling that whatever they do its not gonna be something that they tell us about if its above and beyond any aduo/ rule changes. i already get the feeling that they hope we forget that anyone ever mentioned it out loud. nobody wants to be perceived as the team that needed extra help, and the fia are all about keeping the manufacturers happy.

Aston Martin will have a lot more CFD and wind tunnel time than McLaren. And this time they have a solid baseline to build from for a change.

Hope for a clean weekend. Results will be crap, but that doesn't mean the team can't execute at 100%. Clean sessions, clean PU running to accumulate data on the new lightweight parts, no incidents creating damage to the parts, clean pitstops, both cars seeing the finish line. This should be the standard, rather than a wish list.

Which parts of the McLaren upgrade look like the Aston to you, rather than Red Bull, Merc or Ferrari?

they are reporting that the changes in ADUO for 27 will probably be

3) allocate extra development based on position in constructors championship.

I don't see how that part would work. Look at Merc, Williams have the same PU and are nowhere, meanwhile McLaren are threatening to beat the factory team at some tracks.
