There definatly appears to be a stalling device on the rear wing, How the wind is tunnelled appears a bit of a mystery.
It will also need to be controlled as going through fast corners with a stalling rear wing WILL be catastrophic.

Maybe the duct only gets air if the car is on straights?

Well if you take a look at this picture you can see that the end plates are "fat" in the middle.

Also on this drawing it can be seen.

They aren't fat, they just have a recess in them. Look at the outside of the endplates, especially where the bridgestone logo is, you can see the curve in.

Surely that wing design if for strength, thicker in the middle would mean its more rigid and prevent flex.

I think that might be the case.

Nope, isnt that where the rear wing can be adjusted? Bought to the car at the Belgium GP last year.

Yeah AFAIK that's the "pinhole" where you can adjust the wing angles. Brawn (at least last year) had the car only adjustable on the leading edge while the trailing edge was constantly at maximum height.

Exactly. Besides the 'piping' goes all the way down the endplate:

I think that what you're seeing there is a pitot tube for sensing airflow somewhere, and they've chosen that snaky route up the endplate in order to reduce the disruption to the airflow as a result of the tube being taped there.

I would have thought that that tube is way to small to perform any useful blowing function, unless it's fed from a compressor of course!
