Hi guys just dropping inj to introduce myself, hopefully be around here quite often seems like a cool community!

My name is Glen Wheeler, if from the UK and am a huge VMM fan! I follow Hamiulton quite closely I think he's a great driver and I'm a huge fan! Ive attended Bahrain, Monaco already this season for the GP's and will be at Silverstone next month for the GP!! I'm also attending the Italian GP...cannot wait for that one!

I'm a web developer from Newcastle upon tyne and currently own a website based around a formula one blog, which i wont post here as it my count as spamming etc etc. I'm not 100% aware of the forum rules around here yet but i am guessing self promotion will be in there somewhere! Anyway cool to be around here, hopefully get to know a few guys!

Hey everyone, my name's Mark and I'm from the US. Just happened to find this place the other day and it seems great for all kinds of F1 news and discussion. I've been an F1 fan since the late 90's, but didn't follow it religiously up until a few years ago when I got the SPEED Channel and could actually watch the races every week. Big fan of Ferrari with Alonso and Massa being my favorite drivers. 8)

Hi All,

Found this site about a year back. Its really informative.

I am from India, Doing my 4th year of engineering. Team Captain of FSAE team of my university.

I have been following formula 1 for the past 9 years. Though initially i loved the look of these cars, over the years i have learnt about them and have appreciated the work that goes into making one of these.
Also, follow other racing series like Lemans,MotoGP etc.

Hi All!

Just found this site and it looks like a great place to be. Been following F1 for several years now. Ferrari and Schumi lured me in but over the years I've followed Kimi, Ruebens, and now Vettel in the Red Bull. Love it that Red Bull is taking it to the Scuderia and McClaren. Even though I'm only a couple of hours from Indianapolis, I have never gotten to go a USGP so I'm hoping that either Austin or Monticello make it on the schedule sometime soon.

Welcome, guys. We also love this forum...

xray135, welcome by all means. When you travel to Monticello or Austin, please, take your camera. When you travel to Indy, on my knees, take your video camera, I beg you...

mach11, FSAE captain, it's an honor to have you around. This site will be more informative if you inform us what you have done with your cars. Any pictures or, better yet, drawings? Many people doesn't even know FSAE and we have some of your "colleagues" around, they will be delighted to read about your experiences.

Johnson Evil Twin, welcome. We need contrarians in this site, many of us like independent thinkers. If I may say this, concentrate in the posts, not in the posters and you'll make this site even more famous.

Sebastian: wow. Thanks, man. A driver!!! Welcome, future friend.

mrp5150, it's nice to see people from the colonies (I'm one of them). The fact that you support Alonso show how smart Americans are (the fact that I'm from Madrid has NOTHING to do with this opinion, blink, blink).

alanmor, you're going to get along with mx_tifosi, I tell you. What's with Americans and Ferrari? ;)

mkw0101, it's good to have a Canadian around, specially one from Poland: the canadians in this forum are the most tranquil and subtle of our members, please, continue the tradition.

f1creative, your blog doesn't count as spam. Welcome, you understand how hard is to moderate, help us around.

Finally (I'm just talking to the people in this page, sorry, life is short), Shrieker, how I envy you for living close to such a great circuit. I might not be your daughter in law, but I got it: some of the mods have been following F1 since the 60's, dude... so, you'll see around people that thinks like you.

To all of you, please, no matter how large or small, give us some techniques, teach us something. More numbers and explanations, less opinions and discussions and you'll make me a happy mod.
Ciro

Hi Guys,

My name is Mick, and I am from Australia, been following F1 now for 12 odd years, CART was and still is my favourtie series, it is ashamed what happened. Followed CART/IndyCar for nearly 20 years. I despise the IRL series.

My favourite drivers are Mark Webber (massive MW fan), and Jimmy Vasser was my favourite CART driver, met him quite a few times at Surfer's Paradise.

I love open wheel racing, guitars, and music.

Nice to be here!

Mick
