Agreed, there needs to be some form of stability to the rules, which at present aren't.
It's as bad as NASCAR, where I used to say one of my old jokes... why is NASCAR headquaters in Daytona? ... so they can write the rules in the sand...

FIA President Max Mosley has said he already has his substitute ready when he steps down from his position at the FIA at the end of his current term. He will not be available to be re-elected for the next term.

So... next president of FIA will not be elected at all but appointed by Mosley.

Sure, there will be some procedural "trick the public" elections like the ones from 2005 when Mosley was re-elected on elections where he was the only candidate and got all the votes (I'm not spoofing that is the truth).

I propose a two year ban on changing the rules.
i totally agree with u Ciro Pabón

the racin in F1 hav gone bad becaue the rule changes

i think the fan would realy want to see the teams improvements on their car from year to year hence findin the best aerodynamic solution which will lead us to see more and more interesting designs instead of designs carry out from season to season change to comply with the rules
