Why is everyone giving Barrichello a hard time. He lost third gear didn't he?

It is tongue in cheek. Read Coulthard's post race comments.

I'm sorry I don't want to give him a hard time, but I really expected a lot of him, because I think the car is good...I think he could have done better, that's my opinion! I really thought Barrichello was going to do better in Bahrain with good car and testing in Bahrain during pre-season testing.

Hey, Principessa.

As the great Murray Walker once said,
'anything can happen in F1, and it usually does.'
Heck, Super Aguri have a chance of winning it, Monsoon conditions could surprise the track and a tyre mix up by Ide's crew at the start, accidently putting him on full wets instead of slicks, could cause him to be the only remaining driver in the race as the other five who didn't spin off crawl to the pits at 50k/h.

Why not?

LOL!!! The funny thing is Tom, when you look at some of the more bizzare things that have happened in F1, you're suggestion becomes more plausible

The engine will be a major factor in this; I think Alonso stands in good sted, thar Renault looks to be just like last years R25...and reliability was never a problem with that was it?

With regards to Rubens, I think he did a sterling job for BAR, finished in the pionts without 3rd gear!!! Not bad at all.

He'll be ready for Malaysia if the car holds up.

The engines will be a weak factor for all teams, especially with the new qualy. I think Williams will use that to great advantage though.

Win however, definetly Alonso or Kimi.

Also on my earlier point, a few years back, Nurburgring, no one expected the lackluster Stewart GP team to score points, yet at the end of the race Rubens won it and his teammate was third.
So be careful not to discount anyone.

Interesting Fact about Sepang.....

The verdant appearance of Sepang’s surroundings is something of an illusion. Astroturf and green paint is deployed tactically to make the track look nice for TV.
Simon: Nils? You can close in now. Nils?
John McClane: [on the guard's phone] Attention! Attention! Nils is dead! I repeat, Nils is dead, ----head. So's his pal, and those four guys from the East German All-Stars, your boys at the bank? They're gonna be a little late.
Simon: [on the phone] John... in the back of the truck you're driving, there's $13 billon dollars worth in gold bullion. I wonder would a deal be out of the question?
John McClane: [on the phone] Yeah, I got a deal for you. Come out from that rock you're hiding under, and I'll drive this truck up your ass.

I think Fisico will win after a 100% Renault first line on start grid. He will be the only top team driver with a new engine and without 10 places penalty. Alonso and other guys will have to take care of their engines.

What else can i say. Finally Kimi was lucky. I explain. If his suspension have broken during the race, it should be worse. (As well as in Japan 2005 GP testing, when his engine blown after 2-3 laps, what means that it could have exploded in one of the last laps in Bresil).

I really enjoy this season. In 2005 4 drivers and 2 teams have won all the races (excluding Indianapolis)... I don't think it will be the case in 2006.

I hope that Kimi wins. He did very good job in Bahrain and his car seemed fast. The other thing is that will that car last till the end of the race. Alonso will be at top also and Button too. It´s gonna be interesting race!

If the engine don't explode during the race, you can be sure he will fight for a win.

If it blow before the race, he will also fight for podium (win will be difficult)

I'm sure that RBR's engine will surely blow in Sepang. Coulthard does not stand a chance in Malaysia, although he manage 2nd in 2000. It does not mean he can do it every year

Looks like Massa is reportily having his engine changed in Sepang because the ferrari team thinks the engine will not last, ten spots for him
