Well I must say that KR didn't attract my attention in his rookie year. Ok not a bad driver (particularly because of not having driven a lot in other series), but it came to my surprise when he went to McLaren.

At the moment I must admit he is very fast, but from time to time I think he is pushing too much, like a maniac while he should also learn to know that car failure happens from time to time.

Indeed - mechanical sympathy is not his forte. It's been documented in the press that he was over driving the engine last year and that had something to do with him losing so many engines (how many did JPM lose in comparison?). But lets face it, the Merc engine should be better...or they should have limited KR's revs/gearchange speed (shock) more.

i remember kimis 2001 imola gp, his sterring wheel actually came off i guess you could call that a sterring problem...

also he didnt even do f3, he came straight from formula renault, now thart is pretty impressive, he did one and a bit years in frenault, i have an article from an autosport mag in 2000 saying how he was going to be a top driver one day in the future, dont think they realised how soon though!

He is the one to look out for i think...but he does seem to be really unlucky. Your right....the first race in 2006 for Kimi was great but i don't think that makes him the best.
