As you sure know ALL OEMs do their prototype bodywork today in CF and the tolerance in dimension for the master just has to be right.It´s not only the shapes it is precision in all axis that is demanded.So if this was a real big one for a Carbon fibre specialist I ´m sure it would not be done that ways.
If there is the need to put panels into an autaclave remains up to discussion ,I´d say no why should you .But of course the processing/process and even oven design and of course layup (fibre orientation,reinforcements ,resin accumulation etc )will still demand a lot of experience and you are likely to improve with time...even on the same mold I´m pretty sure part no 1 coming out of it is not the ultimate.
