thanks for the clarification I actually had some hard times with thoses, like IMO i see everywhere (wich i suspect to mean "in my opinion" or something like that), so I'll second your "I hate TLA's "
It took me weeks to figure out IMHO (In my honest opinion) and btw esspecially (By the way) I think.

hehe funny I thought btw meant (between us), because in french it is possible to say that (entre nous), when you're about to add something to the conversation.

I think everybody hates TLA's (doh), but every does it.
In term of team driving, it always going to happen unless the drivers are the team owners, like the old days. The Manufactures Pay the drivers to drive, so there for they have the right to tell them what to do, like in every job.
I believe in the chain of command, Its the chain I use to beat you till you do what i want!!!
