Looks like a cart track or something, i was gonna say the one at Florianopolis, Brazil where Massa has his end of year shoot out.

EDIT : I thought that this was the main track looping behind the grandstand, but this is actually the cart track adjacent to the main circuit. So ... you are partially right, but no cigar
