btw.. wow wat a lap by alonso.. and i think by the first part of the final ten.. the lap times by alonso was much slower than shumy.. i think he will be heavier than shumy..

Alonso has a fresh engine! He uses the B spec engine for the first time. Fisico used it at Imola for the first time. So it's fisico's second time he'll use the engine and Alonso's first time

Alonso, What a lap!!!!, its gonna be a good race, lets see if ferrari's claims are true. Dont know whats up with button, guess he just does not like the track, maybe the lack of presure will help him perform interestingly we can see if Ruebens has the same problems that button has.

hats off to Jv (I offical Apoligys for saying he was past it and should not be out there, He is a worthy race driver, i was wrong, i admit it), which brings me to the Whiney like BiAtch Fisi.... where do you start... ok i know... if your team mate can put the car on poll and your are way back what are you doing in the car, Which may i add is probably the best car out there, So why cant you put good times in fisi? its it cus ur actual not that good? which bring us down to today, STOP BLAMING EVERYBODY ELSE FOR YOUR POOR PERFORMACE, yes JV was in your way, but he had every right to be there, if you wanted to be up there with the big boy, stop putting in half arsed times... ok sorry Rant out. My girl was complaining that i was swearing at the TV to much, i got in trouble

we will have to see the fuel loads of the drivers tomorow.. it seems that kimi is light but he may as well be running similar fuel strategy with alonso and micheal. u can see montoya way back.. maybe montoya is running heavy!

May 6 (GMM) A spying war has broken out at the Nurburgring, according to German reports.

It is claimed that a communications specialist at F1 championship leader Renault has successfully tapped into Ferrari's encrypted radio systems -- and Ferrari know about it.

'Bild' newspaper said the Flavio Briatore-led camp 'monitored every word' spoken by Ferrari's engineers and drivers throughout Friday, including secret technical and race strategy information.

The Renault specialist is reportedly using a high-tech piece of equipment to do the spying, whose efforts could not be thwarted even by Ferrari changing its radio frequency several times.

F1's governing body is apparently aware of the alleged saga, with an 'insider' at the FIA telling Bild: ''It is not a secret that the top teams invest a lot to obtain the information of other teams.

''But without strong evidence, we cannot intervene.''

Interesting how Ferrari had two distinct teams servicing the two cars in the final session? That way, Shu and Massa never were put into the position of one bottling the other back if both pitted at the same time? And both times they pitted in the final session, it was both together. They stuck close to each other on the track and when pitting, was if for one to protect the other just in case?
To be honest, I believe JV did screw Fisi over, but he did it to make sure he made the final session. At that moment, there was the very real possibility that if JV just wimped out and allowed Fisi past, he may not have made the final session. I can live with him being demoted one position.
But for Fisi to storm into the BMW garage when the driver and team are in the midst of preparation of starting the final session, and pull that kind of clown act, he should be called before the governing body in Paris and severely reprimanded. There's a time and place for everything, and Fisi definitely put himself into the wrong place at a very sensitive moment. It was interfering with another team, and it was as poor behavior by a so-called professional driver I have ever seen.

Few comments about Fisichella behavior from Renault blog I agree with

Attack was always the best defense and now we witness Fisi’s desperate attempt to shake of his own guilt after so many poor results in this season. Let stewards officially blame Villeneuve so Fisi can get piece of paper to show around that he was the victim.

It doesn’t matter that it won’t do any good for the team since Fisi’s ego is more important than WCC. I can’t wait for next couple of races to see what will team management say when midseason arrives and Fisi shows no improvement.

Fisi looked like a whining little baby on international television... almost as classic as the "engine is sh#t" onboard comment. All that to have JV demoted one place and to the clean side of the track. Bravo!!!! That being said, good luck to Renault this weekend. Alonso looks in great shape! If Fisi was done wrong, there were alot better ways to deal with it.

What about punishment for Fisi for calling Jacques "bastardo" in front of the cameras and obstructing BMW team in their qualifying procedure?
