2005 rules and regulations.

Hi
At college at the moment I am doing a project about formula one car engines and im looking at the older v10 engines and need to find out the rules that are set out by the fia but can only find rules for the newer v8’s.
So does any one know where I can find some of the engine regs from 2005 or before?
