Its not the same engine cover. They've added a cooling vent at the rear. Nor is it painted, its a heat resistant ceramic coating.

At least they had a few extra parts to improve cooling in Sepang! :) , I read that the car has no cooling problems while driving, only when the car is stopped (pit stops, etc?...) Well, that doesn't sound bad for the race, hopefully they will get rid of the hydraulic issues.

I think they cooling issues where around the exhausts, if you have seen pictures between Aus and this morning they have cut away from the exhaust and added shielding around it.

The only hydraulics issues where Narain, none to Pedro so hopefully they have gone.

Progress is being made slowly.

I recon they will make the 107% rule weather dependant.

They are still using the Hungary 2011 front wing, and dont have under nose turning vaynes and bardgeboards and a decent enough exhaust solution. Not to mention KERS. And Perez Sala has mentioned they are looking at a posible B Spec of the F112 so they can lighten the car as well.

I recon they can find 2.5 seconds over the season for this car in updates. As long as they say go to Hungaroring with the last update, then a second can be found with mechanichal evolution alone to the end of the season.

This car has potential, i think thats why PdlR is in the car. He is gonna be testing the car at every point he can, if they can get into the race on Sunday, the team will have up to 56 laps (if they stay on the lead lap) to test the car.

But the will have been sold before Hungary anyways so why even bother.

I was looking at the link you posted, the prototype car image below looks very much like the F112(except the nose and front wing). Lets hope all the people that put an effort in the car get rewarded with some amazing results

Yes you right it is the same wing but to me the front nose looks different to the F111. I'm sure you've already seen this cbbc but for the rest of the guys on here this is a very interesting insight into the team. This is obviously Melbourne with pedro's incomplete car
